Background: Novel polyherbal formulation (PHF) is the utilization of more than one herb in preparation herbal medication. The thought found conventional system medicine where variety herbs a specific proportion illness. Because synergism, polyherbalism presents few advantages which aren’t accessible single It utilized these medications for treatment numerous sicknesses including antioxidants. Objective: To develop phytochemical screening and GC-MS analysis Polyherbal In vitro antioxidant activity. Materials Methods: Macroscopical, preliminary phytochemical, quantitative phytoconstituents, In-vitro activity all individual extract was done by chemical method. Identification phytoconstituents with aid Gas chromatography – Mass spectroscopy (GC-MS). Results: Macroscopical study physicochemical examination, example, ash value, extractive loss on drying, pH were reported to A. racemosus, B. variegata, C. bonducella, S. asoka, racemosus novel formulation. Qualitative investigation revealed presence alkaloids, flavonoids, gums & mucilage, carbohydrates, steroids, proteins amino acids, fats fixed oils, glycoside, phenols, saponins. Quantitative estimation such as TAC, TFC, TGC, TSC, TPC showed positive results. All PHF subjected analysis. displayed strong Conclusions: conclude that high level bioactive contents present contrast preferred ascorbic acid. uncovered compounds are suggested treat antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anti-tumor, anti-proliferative activity, antifungal
